For your security, credit card information is not stored in your Speedydog account. Credit card orders require that the billing address matches the address where your statements are sent. If not, your order will be declined when you submit your order.

8.25% sales tax will be added to all purchases shipped to a California address.

From time to time, the Speedydog Corporation offers special promotions and coupon codes. Coupon codes may not be applicable to certain products. If you receive a coupon code, you must enter it when prompted before submitting your order. Coupon codes are not accepted for phone orders.

Orders that include in stock items are usually shipped within two business days. Express orders (UPS Next Day and UPS 2-Day or 3-Day Air) ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. UPS deliveries are made on business days only Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order is urgent, please call the order desk for assistance.

NOTE: AVOID UNNECESSARY UPS SHIPPING EXPENSES: Customers are responsible for inputting correct shipping instructions on the shopping cart. These instructions must include; Correct Zip Codes, Rural Route addresses, correct mailing address, Suite numbers and if multiple floor office buildings, correct floor numbers. Errors in shipping instructions that hamper UPS's ability to deliver your order will result in added shipping charges added to your shipping costs. If this situation occurs, copies and/or an explanation of the additional UPS charges will be sent to you via email or postage.

Customers requiring remote area delivery of their orders will be responsible for any additional UPS delivery costs providing they do not exceed $5.00 over standard Ground charges. Accelerated delivery costs such as 3rd day select, next day and 2nd day air are based upon weight and standard box dimensions. The shopping cart calculates the costs for standard ground deliveries only. If accelerated delivery is needed, please contact customerservice@speedydog.net with your request for delivery time and shipping costs. Please include how many products and the zip code destination. We will respond ASAP with an answer.

If we are unable to ship your order by the time stated, we will contact you. Note that inventory levels change rapidly and we apologize if an item you ordered is out of stock at the time your order is processed.

For standard orders, we ship via UPS Ground Service. A tracking number will be available to you once your order has shipped. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO box will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Be sure to select the appropriate shipping option during checkout. UPS cannot ship to a PO Box. Note: Standard UPS shipping rates will not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico destinations. Inquire before ordering.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Gift shipments are also confirmed by e-mail to the billing e-mail address. You can also obtain the tracking number for your order by visiting the Order Status section of our site.

Occasionally, due to high demand, some items may be temporarily out of stock. If an item is not available, click the wait list button and we will e-mail you once it is back in stock.

If you would like to send a gift order, please ensure that you select the appropriate gift option when adding the item to your order. If you would like a message included with the order, you'll have the option to enter it during the checkout process.

The Speedydog Corporation does not accept returns of products where the original packaging has been opened and/or the product has been used. Products that have been verified as un-opened are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%. If you return used products to us, you will not receive credit and the items will be disposed of. Before any product can be returned to us, you must request an RMA number from the Speedydog Corporation. Request for an RMA number must be made within 30 days from the date you received the product. Additional information including the address where to send the package to will be provided to you once your request has been approved. By issuing you an RMA number, the Speedydog Corporation assumes that your return meets guidelines we have expressed. All returns are subject to verification and acceptance. All returns are inspected to ensure the products are returned in new condition before a refund, less the re-stocking fee, is made. Please include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice with your return.

Product returns must be returned to us at your expense. We recommend that you use a service that provides a tracking number and insurance like UPS or Fedex.. In addition, we must receive your package within 30 days from the date the RMA number was issued. Once we have received and accepted your return, we will credit your account. The credit will be for the amount of the product less the re-stocking fee of 20% including any gift options, battery purchases, promotional discounts, coupon codes, and original shipping charges. If you return a toy and you used a free shipping coupon code when you placed your order, the full original shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
